Continue Reading...I have been doing traditional scrapbooking for 9 years. I now want to start digital scrapbooking. The trouble is I have no clue on how to procede. I am also fairly cyber challenged. I do not just need a book for dummies but one for complete idiots. I have a photoshop CS2 program that I am just learning. I also have Corel Paint Shop Pro XI. Can anyone recomend a few books that will take me through each and every little step?

I am looking to get some scrapbook things such as punches, stamps, paper, etc. I love to scrapbook but I am just starting it. I am looking for some place that sells paper in bug quantities, ex. 180 sheets in one pack. I also want some punches and things. Anyone know where to get these things at or any ideas?

Just a demonstration of a few sounds associated with standard tuning/key of A from the Robert Johnson & Scrapper Blackwell vocabulary, played in open G tuning (capo 3d fret for B flat). The guitar is a refinished ‘31 Duolian. Sorry about the extremely annoying “new strings squeak” which the camera mic was unusually sensitive to. I don’t know why it came out so prominently.
The descending chord shapes for the I7 chord and the diminished chord you get when you slide it down a half-step are (without a capo, with “X” representing muted stings) X-0-X-7-6-9 (a substitute for the “D7″ shaped chord that you can move around chromatically in standard tuning), and the same shape slid down one fret. The major I chord the phrase resolves to would be X-0-0-4-3-5.
The IV7 chord is one I seldom see anyone use: 2-0-2-0-X-X, slide into it from the 1st fret and then pull on the G string at the 3d fret. Follow it up with a different I7 chord: X-0-3-4-3-0. Sliding this down a half-step gives you another diminished chord. Play the high string at the 5th fret during the move from I7 to the diminished chord for the “Kind Hearted Woman/Little Queen of Spades/Phonograph Blues/Dead Shrimp/Honeymoon Blues/Me And The Devil” lick Robert Johnson lifted from Scrapper Blackwell.
I came up with these when my natural laziness caused me to seek out ways to play as many songs as possible on one guitar without re-tuning (yes I’m that lazy). Hopefully this might be helpful to other lazy people out there.
